As CEO of Pegasus (a DarkMatter company), Peng is responsible for crafting the business and product vision of the company and leading the Pegasus development and services teams. The firm is developing a world-class Smart City analytics and information management platform, and its offerings are being provided to both commercial and government clients.

Over the years, Peng established a partnership ecosystem to promote joint technology and business development with his counterparts at Facebook, eBay, Citigroup, PayPal and other leading companies, rapidly creating cutting-edge analytics, security and commerce solutions internationally.

Previously as Senior Executive Vice-President, CTO and CIO of MicroStrategy, Peng gained over a decade of executive and operational experience in software and system innovation. Responsible for the management of more than 1,000 engineers, Peng led the R&D of the company’s entire product portfolio, including Business Intelligence, Secure Identity and Mobile Commerce.
